Minimal collection, product-first handling.

PaletteForge is built to process art assets and studio activity without turning the product into an ad-tech pipeline.

What PaletteForge collects

PaletteForge stores the account details, project metadata, palette selections, and usage records needed to run the studio experience. In local demo mode, that data stays in the repo-backed in-memory store instead of a third-party service.

How uploads are used

Uploaded artwork is processed only to generate previews, conversions, palette extraction, harmonization, exports, and batch results. Demo mode keeps those files inside the running app session; production integrations are env-gated and should only be enabled when you are ready to persist data externally.

Operational tooling

Stripe, Resend, PostHog, and Sentry are optional integrations. They remain inactive until their environment variables are configured. Optional analytics should remain consent-gated, and private studio routes are intentionally excluded from public indexing.
